How to edit account information and add a picture to your account.
All you have to do is:
1: Log in
2: Find (usually at the top of every page) the section where your name is displayed, next to a "Log off" button
3: Click on your name
4: Edit your details

How to submit pictures to us.
All you have to do is:
1: Send the picture to bspmet@googlemail.com
P.S: You must include:
1: Your name
2: Whether or not you want it to be downloadable (do you want other people to be able to download it?)
3: Use the subject line: Submit
